How did you score?
Sixteen or more and you have a genuine claim to knowing football history. Twelve to fifteen is a solid pub-quiz standard. Under eight and round three was never going to be kind.
The scoring matters less than which round you fell off at. Almost everyone can name the World Cup winners; the split comes at the questions about players who were dominant before the people answering were born.
Turn knowledge into a game
Trivia rewards recall. Vikto rewards valuation — which is a different and better test of whether you actually know football.
You pick a club or national team and a position, six legends from that pool come up one at a time, and you bid blind against a real opponent from a $250M budget. Knowing that a particular 1970s defender anchored a European Cup-winning side is worth real money at that moment, because your opponent may only half-recognise the name.
